​​​​Remote assessments are carried out over a remote internet link using Microsoft Teams. The asseesor will guide your staff member to adjust their workstation so they are sitting comfortably and as safely as possible. Where new equipment/furniture is required we will advise the organiser

Once we receive the form we will contact you to schedule the assessments at a time which suits. All staff to be assessed must be present on the day at their scheduled time with working video and audio equipment. Each assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and we will send you a booking scheduler to assist you to ensure staff are aware of their scheduled time and present at their desk. Please inform staff that a buffer time of approximately 10 mins is required to allow for delays.
