Service Description

Prevention of back pain and other musculoskeletal pains and Injury can be helped by being aware of our bodies limitations and creating a workplace that suits are abilities and postural needs. This programme commences with a manual handling awareness webinar which helps participants understand the risks associated with lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying loads and how to reduce the likelyhood of associated injuries. Following on from this the next part of the programme informs computer users how to setup and use their computer workstation both at home and in the office so as to prevent related aches and pains.

To Cancel your appointment you must contact us on info@usafety.ie at least 24 hours before. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at full rate. Missed appointments will also be charged at full rate.
