About the checklist
What the checklist does — and doesn't — replace
This checklist is a working document for HR, safety officers and office managers. It tells you what good compliance looks like, and what evidence to keep. It is nota workstation assessment in itself — it doesn't replace the per-employee DSE assessment that the Regulations require.
For the actual assessments, organisations either run them in-house with a trained DSE assessor, or use a specialist provider like Usafety. We deliver remotely (~30 minutes via MS Teams) or onsite with instant reports and a portal for your organisation.
Need help running DSE assessments at scale?
Usafety holds the OGP Framework for DSE assessments serving all Irish public bodies. Same framework available to private buyers. Quote back within 4 working hours.
